Sheetal is a fourteen year veteran in using user experience methodologies to create meaningful customer experiences via mobile, web, software and print media. Sheetal has held various positions of responsibility that include: managing client relations, defining methodologies to integrate user experience with other disciples, leading user experience teams, mentoring colleagues and managing design and technology vendors. Her clients include Medtronic, Ethicon Endo Surgery (Johnson & Johnson), Ameriprise Financial, Ameriprise Auto Quoting, Bell Institute, Westlaw.
Sheetal holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and a Bachelors Degree in Applied Arts.
